✴ Getting into state on a Monday ✴
You may have noticed a pattern that every Monday we do a group yoga session….
What you may not know is that there was an intentional purpose behind this activity, I’m here to dive into why… ????♂️????♀️
✨We have purposefully designed Mondays to support each member of the team shift into state for the week. Moving the body and calming the mind not only serves the individual for the team as a collective, facilitating Joy, Unity and passion.
☀ The clinic is warm and bright, with consciously picked details to create a calm energy and environment, selecting specific smells and music that promote calm.
Each week we focus on a new area, whether it be a deep hip release, runners stretch, breathwork or sun salutations just to name a few. We follow our weekly yoga session with a team meeting, often sharing reading passages that compliment our team values. Each team member is given the opportunity to share insights and experiences from the session.
Over time these group sessions have become a highlight of the week, the shared energy and harmony of knowing that you’re all going to celebrate and support each other.
☕ We often share a hot drink on a Monday, to further ground us for the week ahead, we are incredibly grateful to be next door to the wonderful PUMP café.
The early Monday morning risers have also started doing a circuit bright and early in the clinic, getting endorphins into the body, following with the morning yoga to support both strength and stretch.
