Today I’m diving into why we need to stop ignoring the Mid back, NOW!

I’ve seen the importance of the Mid Back be swept under the rug time and time again.

The things is, the Mid Back or Tspine is a fundamental pillar for the rest of your body, and when there’s a weakness or problem here it effects the other joints.

So why does it get ignored so often?

It gets ignored because although super important to how our body functions, the Mid back has no ego, its rarely commanding attention and is usually considered background to a more pressing issue, such as shoulder or neck pain.

Mid Back issues and lack of mobility in this area can have a flow on effect too many other joints.

You may not think they’re related but I’m here to tell you you need to address the Mid Back to get long term relief in your shoulder, neck and other joints

Strength work is KEY to improving the Mid back and building a strong foundation in your body!

I’ve seen vast improvement in adding in Mid Back mobility into clients rehab plans, especially when they are presenting with problems elsewhere.

it’s heavily connected, the Mid back is like the body of the spider, and the legs are the other joints, if the body isn’t moving properly, the limbs wont either!
